A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation was held at the library, 2828 Peachtree Road on December 13, 2005 at 7:55 P.M. 

• Attending HOA Board Members were Cohen, Clay, Van Sickle and Stubbs.  Also present were Waldman, Heritage Properties, Talley and Flamm, Childress Klein Properties and Mario Janssen, homeowner.
   

• The minutes from the November 14, 2005 Board meeting were approved. 
   

• Letters will go out demanding for the final time proof of liability insurance from each homeowner. 
   

• Lionel Waldman will manage the election of new board members according to the requirements of our condominium declaration. 
   

• Moved by Van Sickle and seconded by Cohen to have Rick and Maurice to be employees of Childress Klein Properties.  Passed unanimously. 
   

• Meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 10:35 P.M.
