SAFETY

Remedy P0 pump room ground water leak through utility tube. 2. Paint directional arrows in garage in locations as discussed.
3. $9k, Install
5 missing cameras: P5NW, P3NW, P2SW, P0SW, P0SE. 4. $2k, Tie pool main drain into 12” building drain at ground level. 5. $1k, Add a second transformer to smoke detector/alarm system. 6. $1k, Install level alarm at Concierge for ground level sump pump. 7. $3k, Install gate closure security bar.
RESTORATION 1. In storage unit 20, seal HVAC intake to outside, top right. 2. Black out east facade garage windows where film scraped. 3. Remedy elevator panels and damaged buttons.
4. $8k, Remedy peeling paint on balcony facades. 5. $36k, Restore building windows. 6. $19k, Seal building windows.
FINISHING 1. Insulate water main as discussed. 2. Seal coping above garage entrances to drain water off porticos. 3. Remove driveway real estate signage.
4. $41k, Complete ‘stairwell hoods’ to seal stairwells C & D.
