Special Assessment Meeting
November 1, 2004

MEETING CONDUCTED BY:
BoD, Lionel Waldman – Property Mgr and Steven Winter – 2828 Legal Counsel
Meeting called to order at 7:30pm.
The well-attended meeting began with a general review of the concerns and background by the BOD and Q&A from the membership.
A general financial review from Developer to present BOD was reviewed with the unknown factors inherited from the Developer discussed.
The unknown costs and associated Developer defects are the primary reasons for the Special Assessment.
The BOD apologized for the lack of quality communications to the membership and resolved to improve communications in the future.
Any who could not attend are encouraged to discuss the necessity of this assessment with any Board member or resident who did attend the meeting.
The 2828 Peachtree Condominium Association, Inc. reviewed how this assessment is vital for the Association and asks all to approve.
The BOD agreed that a variety of “volunteer committees” would be beneficial to the homeowners.
