Common Area General Rules & Policies
 

• There is no charge but a refundable deposit is required to reserve the Cabana or Library. Read then print out the contract and contact the Concierge to place reservations. Note that normal hours of operation are waived and extended until the end of your function.
   

• Guests must be accompanied by a homeowner at all times while using facilities.
   

• No pets are allowed in the common area facilities.
   

• Smoking is prohibited in all common areas.
