Concierge Services

• Provide general information about the Property and the use of the amenities.

• Announce visitors and guests.

• Receive and advise of deliveries, including packages, laundry, flowers and drop-offs.

• Assist in reserving common areas for private functions.

• Call for taxis or limousines.

• Sending and receiving of homeowner faxes.

• Assist with after hour emergency maintenance calls.

The Concierge will monitor the security cameras located in the parking garage, elevators and elevator lobbies.
