Leasing Restrictions
Dear Prospective
Owner:
Please be advised
that 2828 Peachtree Condominium (the “Condominium”) is subject
to certain leasing restrictions contained within Paragraph 15 of
the Declaration of Condominium for 2828 Peachtree, A Condominium
(the “Declaration”), as amended by the First Amendment to the
Declaration of Condominium for 2828 Peachtree, A Condominium
(the “First Amendment”).
According to the
leasing restrictions, leasing in the Condominium must be limited
to five (5) Units at any given time, except in the case of undue
hardship (an application for a Hardship Leasing Permit is
difficult to obtain and such applications are subject to the
written approval of the Board within its sole discretion).
At this time, five
(5) Leasing Permits have already been issued to Owners within
the Condominium. Therefore, no further Leasing Permits will be
issued to Owners until the number of outstanding Leasing Permits
falls below five (5) in the Condominium. If you own or purchase
a Unit in the Condominium, and desire to lease your Unit, you
must give written notice to the Board of such intention by
submitting a form Notice of Lease and copy of the proposed Lease
Agreement. You will then be placed on a waiting list in the
same order as your notice was received by the Board.
