Parking rules at 2828 Peachtree have been optimized
for maximum convenience and efficiency of the 125 owners at both 2828 Peachtree
and Crestwood Condominiums. The property has 237 designated parking spaces
segmented into four areas:
Designated for use by 2828 Peachtree and Crestwood Owners, Tenants, Guests, and
Other Visitors:
10 Motorcourt spaces, including one disabled space.
If
you are an OWNER or TENANT of 2828 Peachtree or Crestwood, overnight parking is
not permitted in the ten motorcourt spaces reserved for guest parking. OWNERS
and TENANTS of Crestwood and 2828 Peachtree are advised to park inside their
respective parking areas in the 2828 Peachtree garage after 6pm each day to
maximize availability of motorcourt spaces for guests of both properties. Guests
of both properties are welcome to park in the garage areas designated for each
property at any time.

Designated for exclusive use by 2828 Peachtree:
162 spaces on five levels above the second entry gate on P1, including two
disabled spaces.
“Reserved” parking signs are hung and represent the spaces assigned to
homeowners who purchased assigned parking. Those homeowners who did not purchase
parking or who were not assigned a parking space may park in any space not
marked reserved. If you do not have an assigned space, there will be ample
spaces available for your convenience. Guests may park in any
undesignated space. Access to the parking garage gate will be granted with a
wireless remote. Each homeowner will be given two remotes. Additional remotes
may be purchased if needed.

41 North P1 spaces, including one disabled space.
24 South P1 spaces.
