Pool Rules & Regulations

• Guests must be accompanied by a homeowner at all times while using the facilities, i.e. pool, fitness.
   

• At no time are pets allowed in the pool area.
   

• Smoking is prohibited in ALL common areas, i.e. Cabana, pool, 6th floor terrace, lobbies, etc…
   

• NO glass containers at the pool.
   

• After swimming, please dry off prior to entering the building.
   

• No horseplay or running at the pool.
   

• Please place all trash in the receptacles.
   

• Music levels at the pool should be at a minimal to not intrude on the “quiet enjoyment” of others. If others are at the pool please be respectful of them and turn off or down the music if asked.
   

• No removal of deck furniture.
   

• No trespassing on the private terraces of unit 601 (adjacent to the pool).
