Visitors

Guests may park and enter the building through the main lobby. The concierge will announce the guest to the homeowner.

If guests choose to park their car, they must enter the parking garage and go to the call box, dial the homeowner's name and the homeowner will open the gate for entry. Guests may park in any space not marked “Reserved”, or in a Reserved Guest Parking space located on P2.

The elevators will only access the main lobby and parking lobbies without an elevator card. Guests can take the elevator to the main lobby from the parking garage and the concierge will contact the homeowner to grant access to their floor.

All guests/visitors must sign in at the concierge desk.

All large deliveries must be scheduled with the concierge in order to have use of an elevator for an extended amount of time, i.e. furniture, artwork, etc.

Keys will only be released to a visitor if a “Key Release Form” is signed and dated by the homeowner and left with the concierge. The concierge will not release a key to anyone without written homeowner permission.

A photo I.D. will be required by all visitors/guests receiving a key to a homeowner unit. The concierge will hold the I.D. until the key is returned to the concierge desk.
